At POC Warszawa, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your athletic performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and indicate the reason for the return.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or visit our physical store in Warsaw.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
